Role : Electrical BIM Modeler
Experience: Junior to Manager Level
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Other relevant MEP Engineering disciplines
Key Skills
- Strong experience in Revit MEP – Electrical BIM Modeling
- Experience in Electrical BIM coordination and clash detection
- Knowledge of LOD 300/400 modeling and shop drawings
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings and design documents
- Knowledge of electrical systems such as Lighting, Power, ELV, Fire Alarm & Cable Tray
- Good understanding of BIM standards and project workflows
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate Electrical BIM models using Revit
- Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings and coordinated models
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural and Architectural teams
Preferred
Candidates with experience in MEP projects, Building Services, Data Centers, Commercial or Industrial projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹19,328.10 - ₹40,231.17 per month
