Hiring: Sales Executive (Lead Generation & Candidate Conversion)
Location: Model Town, Delhi
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Mandatory)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per Month + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, connect with potential candidates, and drive successful conversions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads of doctors and healthcare staff through outbound calling and sourcing activities
* Connect with potential candidates and understand their job preferences and requirements
* Explain job opportunities clearly and professionally
* Convince and motivate candidates to proceed with available job openings
* Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients
* Update candidate information and track responses, follow-ups, and recruitment activities
* Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and ensure timely updates
* Work towards achieving monthly hiring and candidate conversion targets
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Outbound Sales
✔ Strong communication and convincing skills
✔ Experience in outbound calling and lead conversion
✔Ability to build and maintain client relationships
✔ Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred
