Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will take ownership of reaching out to potential participants, generating interest, and driving registrations for BeastDrive events.
This role is high-energy and target-driven, requiring strong communication, persistence, and the ability to turn cold or semi-warm leads into confirmed customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads
- Introduce and pitch BeastDrive events in a compelling way
- Generate interest and convert prospects into registrations
- Handle objections and build urgency to close sales
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM/tools
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Ability to speak and understand at least one language:
Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and high call volumes
- Resilient, confident, and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools)
Bonus Points
- Experience in outbound sales / telesales / telecalling
- Interest in fitness, sports, or events
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Pay: ₹10,104.31 - ₹25,542.69 per month
