Position - Export Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1) Advance License (AA/DFIA) DGFT Management
- Handle end-to-end Advance Authorization / DFIA activities on DGFT portal.
- Prepare and file applications for new license, amendment, redemption & closure.
- Ensure proper documentation for BOM, norms, input-output ratio, consumption & EO fulfillment.
- Track and monitor Export Obligation (EO) and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for raw material planning as per license conditions.
- Maintain complete license records and support in audit / scrutiny / DGFT compliance.
2) Export Documentation & Shipment Execution
- Oversee preparation of export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, Insurance, Certificates
- Ensure accuracy in HS Code, product description, export incentives compliance.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters for smooth dispatch.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and resolve any export documentation issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
