Job Requirements
- This is a target-based field job.
- Selected candidates will be required to achieve assigned collection targets within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- This role involves regular field visits, customer interaction, and performance-based responsibilities.
- We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented candidates who enjoy working in the field and can perform under deadlines.
- Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned area and maintain a professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Previous experience in Collection, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, or Field Sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Valid two-wheeler with Driving Licence is preferred.
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
