We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and day-to-day office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle emails, couriers, and general correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to office security procedures.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain office supplies.
- Support HR and other departments with routine administrative activities.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EPABX systems and office administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
