Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping records
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Maintain invoices, bills, and payment records
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation procedures
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Prior experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
