ADEA Diabetes Centre & Eye Care is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead centre operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day centre operations
Coordinate doctors, staff and patient services
Ensure excellent patient experience
Lead and motivate the centre team
Develop referral networks and community outreach
Drive business development and patient acquisition
Achieve monthly business development & revenue targets
Build relationships with doctors, corporates and local organisations
Plan and execute promotional and outreach activities
Ideal Candidate:
Graduate with strong communication and leadership skills
Healthcare/hospital/clinic management experience preferred
Experience in *business development, sales or healthcare marketing*
Target-oriented with strong networking skills
Good team management and organisational abilities
Salary:Negotiable, based on experience and performance
