Role Overview
- We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer follow‑ups related to after‑sales and service support. The role is simple and focused on maintaining customer relationships, ensuring feedback collection, and coordinating with the service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make follow‑up calls to customers after service visits and product installations.
- Collect feedback on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Update records and share inputs with the service coordinator/manager.
- Remind customers about AMC renewals, pending service, or spare requirements.
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
