We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients and retailers to promote company products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Graduation or relevant experience preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
