Mathura Group is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and maintaining safety compliance. The role requires regular travel to project sites across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Manage material usage and site inventory.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 2+ years of site supervision experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
