Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Classes I to V as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and implement effective lesson plans that promote language development.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and activity-based learning techniques.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Participate in school assemblies, co-curricular activities, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management for academic planning and curriculum development.
- Ensure holistic development of students through continuous encouragement and guidance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in English or any discipline with English as a major subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- CTET Paper-I qualified (preferred; candidates with valid CTET certification will be given preference).
- Experience:
- 5* years* of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/recognized school is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent academic records and strong communication skills may also apply.
