Agriplast Protected Cultivation is a greenhouse manufacturing company in India that builds large-scale commercial greenhouse farms. Our range consists of Polyhouse, Greenhouse, Net Houses and Poly tunnels.
Role Overview
Agriplast is scaling rapidly across domestic and international markets and is building an HR function to match. We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to own the complete people agenda from talent acquisition and performance management to engagement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and HR systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build structure and culture simultaneously in a fast-growing, project- and manufacturing-driven business. The ideal candidate will bring a superior strategic outlook and "get things done" leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy.
- Develop succession plans for all key roles.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Build a world-class recruitment engine for leadership, technical, and shop-floor positions.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and strategic positions.
- Strengthen employer branding and campus hiring programs.
3. Performance, Engagement & Retention
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) and accountability culture.
- Improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
4. Learning & Development
- Lead Learning & Development and leadership development initiatives.
5. Industrial & Employee Relations
- Manage Industrial Relations and employee relations across plants.
6. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements.
7. HR Analytics, Systems & Reporting
- Implement HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS systems.
- Track and report the HR scorecard to leadership across the following KPIs:
- Critical Position Closure Rate
- Time to Hire
- Quality of Hire
- Offer-to-Joining Ratio
- Attrition Rate
- Leadership Succession Coverage
- Employee Productivity
- PMS Effectiveness
- Employee Engagement Score
- Compliance Score
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 12+ years in Human Resources, including substantial time in a senior/leadership HR role.
- Recruitment & Talent: Proven track record building recruitment engines and closing critical, leadership, technical, and shop-floor positions.
- Compliance & IR: Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and industrial/employee relations across plants.
- Performance & People: Hands-on experience running PMS, succession planning, L&D, and engagement/retention programs.
- HR Systems & Analytics: Comfortable implementing and running HRMS platforms, dashboards, and HR analytics.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a strategic outlook and strong execution.
- Self-Starter: Thrives in a dynamic "build-from-scratch" environment and takes ownership end-to-end.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
