Eligibility
- Master's Degree (Ph.D. preferred)
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the education sector
- Passion for education, innovation, and academic excellence
- Strong academic leadership and administrative skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and strengthen academic programs
- Mentor, guide, and support faculty members
- Ensure overall discipline and a positive learning environment
- Foster innovation in teaching and learning
- Assist the Principal in academic planning, administration, and institutional development
