JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines while ensuring high data quality to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data
requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, reliability, and availability
- Optimize database performance and data storage solutions
- Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and performance issues
- Maintain proper documentation of data workflows, architectures, and processes
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop (good to have)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with real-time and batch data processing
- Exposure to BI tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
- Experience working in a fast-paced or product-based environment
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
