Job Description
Master Consultancy is a growing Accounting, Tax and Corporate Secretarial firm providing services to clients in Singapore and India. We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who is eager to start a career in accounting and finance.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are willing to learn accounting, taxation, compliance, and administrative processes while working in a professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Support
- Assist in bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents
- Assist in bank reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in GST, tax schedules, and financial reporting
- Support preparation of management reports and financial statements
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Assist in preparation of compliance and statutory documents
- Support document filing and record management
- Follow up on client information and documentation requests
- Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks
General Support
- Assist senior team members in daily operations
- Support accounting and compliance workflows
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Learn and apply accounting and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo, or similar software is an advantage
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
