Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
