Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist guests with menu information and special requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and report concerns to supervisors.
- Support billing and payment processes when required.
- Assist in daily restaurant opening and closing activities.
