Business Development Associate – Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of Learnnex Academy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and sales abilities to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the organization’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads for Learnnex Academy’s bootcamp programs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, clients, and educational institutions
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market demand, and industry trends
- Effectively present Learnnex Academy’s offerings and convert prospects into enrolled students
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development and outreach strategies
- Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure a smooth and professional sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly report progress to management
- Travel when required for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per company policy)
Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to generate leads and conduct market research
- Experience in preparing and delivering effective presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Compensation
Probation Period (6 Months) ₹13,500 per month (Basic Salary) + up to ₹10,000 incentives based on performance
Post-Probation Compensation Total CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum
- ₹3,60,000 Fixed Salary
- ₹2,40,000 Performance-Based Incentives
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
