We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our team as DRA Executives in the banking sector. Candidates should possess good communication skills, basic negotiation abilities, and confidence in handling customer interactions professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer follow-ups regarding pending loan or EMI payments
- Coordinate with customers and provide payment reminders
- Maintain proper records and update recovery status regularly
- Visit customer locations when required for field recovery
- Ensure professional and ethical recovery practices
- Achieve monthly recovery targets assigned by the company
- Prepare daily activity and collection reports
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and banking clients
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking and finance is an advantage
- Two-wheeler & driving license preferred for field executives
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
