Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive US IT Recruiter who can help identify, evaluate, and engage top talent for our clients. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client requirements and job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and availability
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate follow-ups
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements accurately
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Active listening and attention to detail
