Position:Field Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard transporters, truck owners, and fleet operators onto the FR8 platform.
* Conduct field visits and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Explain the features and benefits of FR8 services and mobile applications to prospective customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve onboarding and sales targets as assigned by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
* Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales.
* Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Vehicle Finance, or SaaS (App-based) Sales will be an added advantage.
* Good communication skills in the local language with a basic understanding of Hindi and/or English.
* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
* Must possess a smartphone for field operations.
Compensation & Benefits
* ₹17,000 per successful onboarding.
* Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month.
* Attractive earning potential based on performance.
