Salary
- Freshers: ₹17,500 per month (Fixed)
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
- Performance-based incentives will be added to the fixed salary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Male and Female candidates can apply
- Age below 27 years
- No career gaps
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Track and update shipment information accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with clients to secure loads on time by negotiating the best possible rates.
- Coordinate with truck owners and transport partners for timely vehicle allocation.
- Follow up with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, transporters, and internal teams.
