Plan, implement, and monitor Quality Control systems across project sites
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, and client requirements
Conduct quality inspections for RCC, reinforcement steel, shuttering, masonry, plaster, finishing, and waterproofing works
Verify and approve construction materials received at site as per specifications
Implement and monitor Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for corrective and preventive actions
Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely rectification
Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and maintain test records
Attend client and consultant inspections and ensure closure of observations
Maintain QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and test records
Ensure quality compliance along with adherence to safety norms at site
Guide and mentor QC engineers and site teams on quality standards
