- Team Leadership: Supervise front desk agents, concierges, and bell staff. Coordinate shift schedules, conduct training, and mentor new hires.
- Guest Services: Ensure a welcoming environment by overseeing smooth, accurate check-ins and check-outs. Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Operations Management: Monitor room inventory, manage bookings, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
- Financial Duties: Oversee cash handling, process payments, and assist with billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
- Reporting: Run daily reports, monitor system ledgers, and assist upper management with operational analytics.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
