Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer (MEP) – Fresher to assist in supervising and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. This role is ideal for fresh B.Tech/Diploma graduates who are eager to build their career in site engineering and gain hands-on project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in supervising MEP installations as per drawings and safety standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work quality and progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve site issues.
- Support site documentation including reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Assist in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans.
Eligibility:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at project sites.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage.
