Your Responsibilities:
To serve as the vital link between field sales teams, technical nutritionist, internal departments and the customers. Overall goal is to streamline the sales pipeline, ensure precision in orders, and provide all support to team and customers to help achieve sales budget.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Management Information System (MIS) & Data Management

CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the database with accurate customer profiles, contact details, and interaction logs.

Data Integrity: Ensure all financial and non-financial data, including pricing contracts and discount structures, are maintained and correctly stored in electronic systems.

Sales Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines and lead progress to provide visibility into the team's performance against annual business plans.
2. Sales Orders & Customer Support

Order Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of purchase orders received and sales contracts.

Status Updates: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing real-time updates on order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.

After-Sales Service: Resolve customer inquiries or complaints regarding product quality or delivery issues, escalating technical nutrition concerns to the relevant specialists when necessary.
3. Sales team support
Support the team on customer onboarding and credit requirment approvals.
Prepare, manage and maintain agreements and sales contracts
Track and maintain data around customer visits, leads, opportunities.
Compiling and tracking of data around competitor products and prices of each region.
Focus and report on KPIs such as conversions and achievements of targets.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Performance Metrics: Compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management to track budgeted and forecasted volume and revenue. Preparing of presentation materials for sales/budget review meetings.

Inventory Reports: Generate reports on stock levels and incoming logistics to help the sales team manage customer expectations regarding product availability.

Forecast Support: Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budget plans for sales, finance and marketing team.
5. Inter-Departmental Coordination

Logistics & Warehouse: Coordinate with the operations and supply chain team to ensure timely dispatch of products.

Finance/Accounting: Liaise with accounts on receivable to resolve collection issues, verify customer credit terms, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Regulatory Affairs: Work with regulatory teams to ensure that product documentation and approvals align with sales activities and regional requirements.
6. Marketing & Administrative Support

Promotional Materials: Assist in the preparation and distribution of technical product sheets, sales presentations, and promotional brochures.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of industry trade shows, farm-side demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Enablement: Ensure field representatives have updated support materials to communicate the commercial benefits and technical superiority of the nutrition products.
Your Profile:-
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales support, administration and customer service. Background in Animal nutrition is an added value.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Technical Savvy: High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking (vlookup, pivot tables), CRM tools.

Key Soft Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
