Are you an experienced Accounts professional with a strong background in the NBFC sector? We're looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to join our team in Thrissur, Kerala.
Location: Thrissur, Kerala (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an NBFC (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
✅ Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
✅ Perform account reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
✅ Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
✅ Coordinate statutory/internal audits and compliance reviews
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
✅ Monitor financial controls and reporting accuracy
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of NBFC experience (Mandatory)
✔ CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Inter preferred
✔ Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, audit coordination, and compliance
✔ Proficiency in Tally/ERP Systems and Advanced MS Excel
✔ Knowledge of RBI compliance, taxation, and internal controls is an advantage
✔ Malayalam proficiency preferred
