Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to handle electrical maintenance and repair work for residential properties. The electrician will be responsible for resolving electrical complaints from customers/residents and ensuring safe and efficient electrical systems within the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and resolve electrical complaints from customers/residents in apartments, villas, and common areas.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, MCBs, and distribution boards.
- Inspect electrical systems and identify faults or safety hazards.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical systems in buildings.
- Ensure all work is done according to safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team and customer service department for complaint resolution.
- Maintain records of service requests and completed maintenance work.
- Assist in installation of electrical fittings in new units if required.
- Respond quickly to emergency electrical issues.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to work with electrical tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer handling ability.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrician or Electrical field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in real estate, residential societies, or facility management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
