HIRING – PD MERCHANDISER

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with buyers and handle new queries.
- Develop new product ideas to generate more orders.
- Handle costing, price negotiation & closure.
- Manage PO, sample/proto sample and fit/PP sample approvals.
- Coordinate with pattern, cutting, sampling & production teams.
- Ensure accurate print, embroidery, embellishment, fabric & styling approvals.
- Follow up with buyers for specs, quality, colors, placement and delivery dates.
- Monitor production timelines, quality and buyer requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping team for dispatch and ex-factory schedules.
- Plan production based on transit time and customer urgency.
- Handle delivery extensions and ensure timely order execution.
- Strong problem-solving, team-building and deadline/target-achievement skills.
Requirement: Strong knowledge of the garment/apparel industry with excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure.
