Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for admission inquiries
- Convert leads into admissions through proper counselling
- Maintain student database and follow-up regularly
- Guide students about course structure, fees, and career opportunities
- Support marketing and admission campaigns
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Odia preferred)
- Basic knowledge of sales or counselling
- Confident personality and convincing ability
- Experience in education/tele-counselling is preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
Qualification:
- Graduation (Any stream) preferred
- Diploma/experience in sales or counselling is an advantage
