#Position: Maintenance Manager - Forging Division
#Location: Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra – 414111
#Role Description - Forging Division
Lead and oversee all maintenance activities for the Forging Division to ensure maximum plant uptime, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. Responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance of forging presses, furnaces, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and auxiliary equipment.
#Qualifications / Key Requirements - Forging Division
1. Education: B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
2. Experience: 8+ years in plant maintenance, with a minimum of 3+ years in the forging/hot metal forming industry preferred
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic systems, PLC, furnace maintenance, die/spindle repair, and predictive maintenance tools
4. Compliance: Sound understanding of safety norms, ISO standards, and shop floor regulations
5. Software: SAP/ERP maintenance module, MS Office, CMMS preferred
6. Local Preference: Candidates from Ahilya Nagar / nearby areas will be preferred
#Key Responsibilities - Forging Division
1. Plan & execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all forging line equipment
2. Reduce downtime and improve OEE through root cause analysis and corrective actions
3. Manage spare parts inventory, AMC vendors, and annual maintenance budgets
4. Lead maintenance team, schedule shifts, and ensure skill development & training
5. Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and statutory requirements on the shop floor
6. Coordinate with Production, Quality & Stores for smooth operations and planned shutdowns
7. Maintain maintenance MIS, reports, and support audits
