HR Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in HR & IT Recruitment
Sourcing candidates through Naukri & Indeed portals
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR rounds
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Managing end-to-end recruitment process
Handling candidate follow-ups and maintaining recruitment records
Coordinating onboarding and joining formalities
Maintaining employee databases and HR documentation
Supporting day-to-day HR operations and coordination activities
Experience in SaaS/Product-based hiring will be an added advantage
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and screening experience
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes
