Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified caregivers, nurses, attendants, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a strong database of healthcare professionals for current and future staffing needs.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Verify candidate documents, certifications, licenses, and background information.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and operations/recruitment teams.
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain regular communication with sourced candidates and healthcare staff.
- Develop partnerships with nursing colleges, training institutes, hospitals, and healthcare organizations for talent acquisition.
- Track sourcing metrics and maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements across various locations.
- Support retention initiatives by maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
