Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of solar power plant projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and procurement to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead project meetings, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale solar power plant projects, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the renewable energy industry.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
