SweetReed is a growing SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) agency helping businesses in the UAE and USA rank on Google and get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to handle off-page SEO activities, link building, and community outreach for SweetReed and our clients.
This is a remote, work-from-home position.
What You Will Do:
- Daily Reddit and Quora participation — answering relevant questions genuinely and building brand presence
- Guest post outreach — finding opportunities and sending personalised pitch emails
- Listicle and roundup article outreach — getting SweetReed mentioned in "best of" articles
- Directory submissions and profile management
- Tracking all outreach activity in a shared Google Sheet
- Basic content writing for outreach emails and community answers
What We Are Looking For:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Good written English — clear and professional
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, backlinks)
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Genuine interest in AI search and digital marketing trends Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience with Reddit or Quora community participation
- Familiarity with tools like Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or Semrush
- Understanding of AEO or AI search optimization
