About the Role: The Director needs a right-hand person to organize their professional life. This is not just a desk job; you will often accompany the Director to site visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, site visits, and calls. Ensure no scheduling conflicts occur.
- Communication: Handle emails and act as the first point of contact for the Director.
- Travel & Logistics: Book Transportation, hotels, and handle itineraries for business trips.
- Meeting Prep: Prepare documents, presentations, and take minutes during internal meetings.
Requirements:
- High level of proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
- Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PPT) and Google Calendar.
- Discretion: You will handle sensitive company information and must maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible with timings, as the Director's schedule may vary.
