Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Explain our AI, Robotics, Coding, Web Development, App Development, and other IT courses.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.
- Schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and basic administrative coordination.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or educational counseling is preferred.
