We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the face of the company, she will handle visitors, inquiries & ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Answer, screen & forward phone calls.
- Respond to emails & provide accurate information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail & deliveries.
- Schedule appointments & maintain calendars.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying & data entry.
- Order & maintain office supplies.
- Monitor visitor access & maintain office security protocols.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
- Skills: Good communication, proficiency in MS Office.
- Personality: Pleasant, professional & customer‑oriented.
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full‑time position, office‑based.
- Interaction across departments and with external visitors.
