Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to lead our premium housing and relocation services for expatriates and NRIs in Pune. This role offers a unique blend of real estate, client servicing, and team leadership, with exposure to high-value clients and end-to-end relocation experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relocation Management
- Understand the needs of relocating expat/NRI families and design customized relocation plans
- Deliver end-to-end relocation support including home search, city orientation, and settling-in services
- Personally engage with clients upon arrival to ensure a smooth transition and premium experience
- Assist clients with local orientation including housing, schools, healthcare, and lifestyle essentials
Real Estate & Transaction Management
- Manage residential leasing and buying/selling transactions end-to-end
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless closures
- Handle documentation, agreements, property handover, and initial issue resolution
- Conduct market research and maintain a database of premium, expat-friendly properties
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and manage a team of Destination Consultants
- Collaborate with PAN India affiliate consultants for seamless service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and housing networks
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 4–7 years in Real Estate, Relocation, Hospitality, Travel, or Consulting industries
- Strong experience in client interaction, leasing, and property transactions
- Exposure to expat/NRI or HNI clients will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation
- Good knowledge of Pune real estate market and localities
- Team handling and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Candidate must own a Two/Four-Wheeler and be currently based in Pune.
Compensation Range:
o INR 4,50,000 LPA – INR 9,00,000 LPA
