Job Summary
SLBS Marklance is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference and background checks when required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
