As “Vendor and Broker Relationship Management Professional” within our “Broker Relationship Management” team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
The External Research Management Team (EMRT) is a global hub managing the demand and supply of external research into Asset and Wealth Management. We support 870+ investors and 300+ providers globally across EMEA, Asia and the US on multiple investment platforms. The team oversees JPMAM's external research policy, manages research provider relationships, and coordinates related payments made by JPMAM and/or clients using equity trading commissions.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the shared mailbox for the respective region and asset class within 24 hours of email receipt

Monitor equity trade batch loads into Commcise and escalate failures to Technology

Complete contract, provider selection, and Research Valuation vote requests in Commcise within agreed SLAs

Execute payment requests through Ariba and Commcise for hard and CSA dollars

Resolve payment exceptions with the GSS support team in a timely manner

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly commission reports and publish them to stakeholders

Publish weekly and monthly KPI reports to business partners

Deliver regulatory and ad hoc project requests in partnership with the business

Participate in business meetings, weekly calls, and audit reviews and share progress updates
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a graduate degree (e.g., B.Com) with minimum 3 years of experience in a research-focused team

Demonstrate a strong understanding of stakeholder relationship management

Apply knowledge of banking, finance, and accounting

Communicate effectively (verbal and written) to liaise with portfolio managers, brokers, and external research providers

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis

Exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills

Identify red flags and risks proactively and escalate to managers
