Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell Health Insurance and Life Insurance products over phone calls and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Explain Health Insurance and Life Insurance plans according to customer needs.
- Generate new sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with interested customers until policy issuance.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
- Stay updated with company products and insurance policies.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, or CRM is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
