Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle outbound sales calls with Australian customers - Promote services related to Electricity & Gas, NBN, Health Insurance, Solar & VEU Programs - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions - Build strong customer relationships through effective communication - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates - Follow company sales process and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass - Freshers are welcome to apply - Prior BPO or sales experience will be an added advantage - Good communication and interpersonal skills required - Confident, target-oriented, and willing to learn - Comfortable working in an international sales environment

Shift Timings: - Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM - Saturday: 5:30 AM – 12:30 PM
