Role Overview
Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead production execution from India while coordinating with US plant operations. The role involves managing shop floor execution, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining alignment across both locations.
The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing production (10+ years) and the ability to manage multi-location operations and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production plans for India plant and support US plant operations.
- Manage shop floor activities including manpower and machine utilization.
- Ensure production output meets delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with US teams for production planning and execution.
- Monitor WIP, job progress, and production output.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards.
- Reduce downtime, wastage, and inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Drive productivity improvements across operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering

- Experience handling multi-location or international coordination is preferred
- Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Solar, or Engineering Manufacturing
