We are looking for a results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of real estate clients and properties. The role involves managing sales pipelines, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential/commercial real estate clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and buyers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and portfolio performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales or portfolio management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and high-value transactions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
- Experience in Gurgaon/NCR real estate market
- Existing network of clients/investors
