Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Maintenance: Build, test, and maintain dynamic, fully responsive websites and landing pages using WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Page Builder Mastery: Create custom page layouts using builders like Elementor, Webflow, or custom theme development while keeping code clean and bloat-free.
- Performance & Speed Optimization: Optimize site speed, core web vitals, mobile responsiveness, and asset delivery (CSS/JS minification, caching, image compression).
- Technical SEO Integration: Work alongside SEO specialists to implement structured data (Schema markup), clean URL architecture, proper canonicals, and XML sitemaps.
- Plugin & API Management: Integrate third-party tools, plugins, CRM platforms, lead forms, payment gateways, and tracking scripts (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
- Security & Backups: Perform regular core/plugin updates, database cleanups, security patches, site migrations, and backup routines.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues, broken scripts, plugin conflicts, and server/hosting errors.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and digital marketers to implement layout updates and conversion-focused design changes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web development, front-end design, and WordPress management.
- Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, and WordPress core architecture.
- Design & Builders: Deep experience with page builders (Elementor/Divi/Webflow) and converting Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop designs into pixel-perfect web pages.
- Hosting & Domain Admin: Familiarity with cPanel, DNS management, SSL certificates, staging environments, and web hosting providers.
- Analytical & Tracking: Hands-on experience setting up Google Tag Manager, GA4 event tracking, and Meta Pixels.
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive, high-speed, and functional web builds.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
