Job Description: Junior Digital Marketing Executive / Fresher
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive / Fresher who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 year of experience or freshers who have basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts. You will work closely with the marketing team to support and execute digital marketing activities across various online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO, and basic paid campaigns.
- Content Creation & Posting:
Help create simple and engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns. Assist in scheduling and posting content regularly.
Support day-to-day social media activities such as posting content, responding to comments/messages, and helping grow social media pages.
Assist in tracking campaign performance using basic analytics tools and prepare simple reports.
Support keyword research, basic on-page SEO, and content optimization under guidance.
Work with senior team members to support landing pages, campaigns, and marketing activities.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and learn new tools and techniques as part of the role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field (freshers welcome).
0–1 year of experience in digital marketing or relevant internships/certifications.
- Basic Technical Knowledge (Training will be provided):
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads – optional)
- Interest in SEO and online marketing
- Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Basic analytical thinking
