Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Field Recruiter to manage end -to -end recruitment and field manpower requirements for housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit housekeeping staff as per client / site requirements.
- Conduct field - level recruitment and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews, Selection and joining of candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline / database of housekeeping candidates.

- Coordinate with site supervisors and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Arrange staff deployment at assigned sites.
- Follow up with candidates before and after joining.
- Handle urgent manpower requirements and replacement hiring.
- Maintain recruitment records, joining status and daily hiring reports.
- Visit local areas/sites when required for manpower sourcing and recruitment activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping recruitment or field recruitment.
- Experience hiring housekeeping, cleaning or facility-management staff preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and field recruitment skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle bulk/urgent manpower requirements.
- Comfortable with field visits and local-area recruitment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
