Job Description – Video Content Developer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer with expertise in developing engaging presentation-based e-learning and multimedia content. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in creating professional PPT-based video content, visual storytelling, animation, and content editing for educational, training, or corporate purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality video content using PowerPoint presentations and multimedia elements.
- Design visually appealing slides, animations, transitions, and motion-based learning content.
- Convert presentation content into engaging video modules for training, education, or marketing purposes.
- Edit and enhance videos using video editing tools and multimedia software.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and creative teams to understand content requirements.
- Add voiceovers, background music, subtitles, graphics, and visual effects where required.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and visual standards across all content.
- Manage content updates, revisions, and optimization for different platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional content and video creation.
- Good understanding of visual design principles, animations, and storytelling techniques.
- Experience in creating educational, corporate, or promotional video content.
- Ability to work with audio, video, graphics, and screen-recording tools.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with video editing and multimedia tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Camtasia
- Vyond
- Articulate Storyline
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and e-learning development tools.
- Experience in instructional design or digital learning content development is an added advantage.
Qualification
- B. Tech with Mechanical, Electronics backgrounds are preferred or any relevant experience in video content development, presentation design, or multimedia production.
- Note: B. Tech CSE, IT backgrounds are excluded.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
· Freshers with strong presentation, design, and video editing skills are also welcome.

· Candidates willing to learn new tools and technologies in content and video development are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
