Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. The candidate should be capable of handling complete civil and finishing works, managing site pressure, and ensuring timely project delivery with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise complete civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, block work, plastering, and finishing.
- Handle end-to-end site execution from start to handover.
- Manage labour, contractors, and vendors efficiently under tight timelines.
- Ensure quality control as per drawings and company standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and clients.
- Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates.
- Ensure materials planning, checking, and usage optimization.
- Handle site challenges and pressure situations effectively.
- Ensure all works are completed within the given timeline.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude on-site
- Basic knowledge of drawings and BOQ
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred:
- Experience in residential/villa construction
- Experience in handling multiple floors and turnkey projects
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
